Hi!
My goal with opening the therapy studio was to provide a space of honesty and connection for both women and children. I believe we can always make improvements, and working to find our deeper connection with ourselves can
support an overall more fulling life.
I have 3 passions as a psychotherapist:

Supporting parents through identifying and understanding their
child's needs while helping them learn to be the parents they want to be.
Jessi has not only been our daughter's therapist for the last year, but has become such a big support for us as parents. Since we started working with Jessi, we have learned how to better support our neurodivergent child and have gained an understanding of her needs and our own parenting styles.
