We are a  a counseling service that provides mental health support to children, teens, adults, couples and parents. 

You can book an appointment by first scheduling a consultation call with Jessi to see if we are a good fit. 

We offer a  variety of counseling services, including individual therapy for children, teens,adults, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy and parenting support. 

We are not for a few reasons. Often times when you take insurance, your sessions and treatment plan is decided by your insurance company, therefor they get to determine what type of therapy you should receive and how many sessions you are allowed. By remaining Out Of Network, we get to make the best possible clinical choice for treatment. 

Its really simple! We use a company called thrizer that does all the work for you. If you are unsure if you have Out Of Network benefits, reach out to Jessi to confirm. About 80% of our clients receive reimbursement from their insurance. 

Jessi does consultation calls with all new inquires. If she feels you will match with a therapist on the team then you are connected. If not, she always send referrals  for someone who may be a better fit for your needs. The goal is to help any inquires be matched with a good fit therapist for them, in our practice or not.
