Adult & Child Psychotherapy Services

My goal with opening The Studio was to provide a space of honesty and connection for both women and children. I believe we can always make improvements and work to find our deeper connection with ourselves which can support an overall more fulfilling life. 

I have three passions as a psychotherapist and my goal for the studio is to connect them all together in one space.  

Passion 1:  Helping women find themselves through self-exploration, understanding their innermost workings and building confidence and self-love. 

Passion 2:   Helping children learn to love themselves  and trust themselves while building meaningful and trusting connection with their families. 

Passion 3: Supporting parents through identifying and understanding their child's needs while helping them learn to be the parents they want to be.
