Jessi works with children/adolescents/adult women and parents.
(NY & CT)
Hi, I’m Jessi!
Owner and Clinical Director of WMHCS. I am an attachment based therapist for women and children.
For children and their parents focusing on play-based therapy, anxiety, ADHD, and parent training to foster stronger connections and emotional well-being, manage meltdowns and feel securely attached.
For women in their 20s and 30s navigating self-exploration, life transitions, relationships, communication challenges, anxiety, and building confidence.
I believe our actions are deeply influenced by our past experiences, and my role is to help clients gain insight into these patterns while equipping them with practical tools for self-growth — both in life and in parenting.
The mind–body connection is central to my work, after spending years in the fitness and nutrition industry. I believe true well-being comes from nurturing both. My passion is guiding clients to become the best version of themselves through self-exploration, helping them navigate anxiety, stress, transitions, and relationship challenges. Each session is tailored to your unique goals, in a safe, supportive environment where growth feels possible.
Outside of the studio, I’m a mom and a lover of all things fitness and gardening — both of which keep me grounded and inspired.

Hi, I’m Alexis!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through life’s challenges — whether that’s navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, or communication struggles.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and play therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. For children, I often integrate creative, play-based techniques to help them express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural. With adults and couples, I focus on building insight, fostering healthy communication, and developing practical strategies for lasting change.
My goal is always to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
Outside of the studio, I love spending time with my family and pets, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new places when I travel.

Kate works with children/adolescents/adults families/couples.
(NY)
I'm Kate!
As a multifaceted therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, families, and adults to navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships since 2007. I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2009 and have worked in private practice, community mental health, social services, and family court. Each of these experiences has deepened my understanding of the many ways life can be complicated—and the resilience people have to overcome it.
I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as parent coordination and parent training. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Master’s degree in Education. I am also a certified teacher, which gives me a unique perspective on how emotional well-being and learning go hand-in-hand, allowing for a nuanced approach in addressing mental health concerns within both clinical and educational settings.
My approach to therapy is attachment-based. Put simply, I believe that the relationships we form—starting in childhood—shape how we see ourselves and how we connect with others and interpret the world around us. When those bonds are hurt or disrupted, it can leave us feeling stuck, insecure, or overwhelmed. In therapy, I help clients explore those patterns in a safe, supportive space, and together we work toward building stronger, more secure connections—with themselves and with others.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering tools, guidance, and encouragement as you move toward healing and growth.
Outside the studio, I love spending time with my family.

Hello, I’m Ann!
I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, families, and individuals as they navigate life’s highs and lows. My experience spans both in-home community based therapy and private practice, with a focus on helping clients work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.

Michele works with adults and couples.
(NY)
Hi, I’m Michele!
As a therapist, my passion is guiding clients to explore the deeper layers of themselves. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach — instead, I meet you exactly where you are, creating a relationship built on safety, support, and validation. Together, we’ll explore the “whys” behind your experiences, helping you move toward becoming the best version of your authentic self.
I work primarily with couples, adults, and teenagers. For couples, I create a space where both partners can be open and honest, explore their needs, and better understand each other on a deeper level. With teens and adults, I focus on setting healthy boundaries, navigating relationships, managing anxiety, and processing trauma — all while providing practical tools and compassionate guidance.
Outside the studio , I’m a mom to two little ones, which has deepened my empathy and understanding of life’s complexities. Currently, I offer all sessions virtually, making it easier to connect no matter where you are.

Hello! I am an occupational therapist licensed in New York and Connecticut with over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families across the lifespan. While I have a strong foundation in pediatric care, my practice extends beyond childhood to include teens and young adults, with a particular focus on individuals with autism, ADHD, and complex neurological disorders.
I specialize in strengths-based approaches that honor each person’s unique ways of thinking, sensing, and engaging with the world. I aim to create inclusive, supportive environments where clients feel empowered and belonging.
My therapy style is naturalistic and relationship-centered. I follow each client’s intrinsic motivation, interests, and sensory preferences to build meaningful, functional life skills. I incorporate family and caregiver coaching as a core component of my work.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and animals. You can find me outside in nature, cooking, or reading.
